Felise Kissell Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs Officer , Aramark Felise joined Aramark (FORTUNE 100 with 248K employees globally) in April 2019 with a focus on transforming the company’s investor relations practices. Prior to Aramark, Felise spent two years at Blue Apron where she was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs within the Office of the CEO. She was also immersed in new business development, which included identifying innovative revenue channels. Felise rose through the ranks at Blue Apron becoming the most senior woman on staff before departing. Felise also spent nine years at HSN, Inc., a high-profile interactive multichannel retailer known for its aspirational brands spanning multiple consumer categories. During her tenure at HSNi, she served as a senior leader in the organization including as Chief Investor Relations Officer, driving numerous value-enhancing strategies that impacted the capital markets. Prior to HSNi, Felise led Investor Relations and Corporate Development for Maidenform Brands which designs, sources, and markets a range of apparel. She also served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Finance for AFC Enterprises, which owned and operated international food franchises including Popeyes, Church’s Chicken, Cinnabon, and Seattle’s Best Coffee. Prior to entering corporate America, Felise also served as a Partner and Managing Director at The Carson Group (Goldman Sachs invested firm), overseeing the Consumer, Business Services, and Transportation Analyst teams. Most recently, Institutional Investor awarded Felise “Best IR Professional” Mid-Cap as part of their 2022 All-America Executive Team, reflecting survey results from 3,500 money managers, buy-side analysts, and sell-side researchers. Aramark was also awarded “Best IR Team.” In 2016, Felise served as Chairman of the NIRI National Board, after serving three years on the Board. She is currently on a Wall Street Advisory Council for Fordham University’s Gabelli Graduate School of Business. Felise has a bachelor’s degree in government from Colby College and an Executive M.B.A. from Fordham University. She is a frequent guest speaker globally on investor relations practices.
